To maintain an efficient hydraulic system, it is crucial to ensure that the temperature of the hydraulic oil remains below 70 ℃ in the working room.

To prolong the service life of hydraulic components, it is recommended to avoid any load operation for a period of 3 to 5 minutes before starting the operation. This practice helps in ensuring the durability and longevity of the hydraulic components. By allowing a brief non-load period, the components can be adequately lubricated and prepared for the subsequent operation, resulting in better performance and increased lifespan. Therefore, it is essential to follow this practice as part of regular maintenance and care for hydraulic systems.

To ensure proper functioning, it is recommended to grease the transmission shaft and steering mechanism after every 10 hours of use. Neglecting to do so may result in problems with their performance. So, it is best to be proactive and keep them lubricated, which will ultimately save time and money in the long run.

Regularly replacing the hyperbolic lubricating oil for the front axle differential is essential.

Before applying lubricating oil paper, make sure to inspect each grease fitting for any damage. If any damage is found on the tunnel mucking loader, it should be promptly replaced.
