Description

The Spiral Concentrator is a highly effective solution for handling alluvial placers, particularly those with higher levels of dissociation and flat-shaped useful mineral monomers. However, it may not be the best fit for residual and slope deposits that contain many associated organisms, as its recovery rate might be lower in these cases. Our products are primarily used for processing minerals such as cassiterite, scheelite, chromite, and monazite, among others. They're also capable of recovering heavy minerals from flotation tailings. Typically employed as roughing equipment, they can efficiently dispose of a large portion of tailings while producing rough concentrates. In addition, our products are reasonably priced, highly efficient, and perform exceedingly well.

Feature

The composition of the Spiral Concentrator consists of the spiral trough, product interceptor, supplementary flushing water device, and bracket. The spiral trough serves as the main component of the spiral concentrator, offering adaptability to various raw material particle sizes, densities, ore grades, and feed quantities. It proves effective in processing veins and placers ranging from 0.6 to 0.03mm, although excessive mud content can hinder efficient separation. It is crucial to note that our spiral is precisely designed and shaped to work harmoniously with the force of gravity. This design enables the settling and sorting of mineral particles based on their size, density, and partially their shape, as they descend along the spiral path. Evidently, our spiral concentrator installation is straightforward, and its maintenance requirements are minimal.
